Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing press line operations. This role involves operating large printing equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled facility, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor industrial machinery

Set up and adjust equipment for production runs

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Maintain production logs and quality standards

Work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in press or machine operation

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work night shifts and occasional overtime

Comfortable working in an environment with adhesive smells

Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
