Job Title : RN Per Diem I About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team as a Per Diem I. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver safe and effective direct care to an assigned group of patients

Implement and document individualized care plans incorporating age-specific considerations

Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained

Participate in orientation and assume precepting and evaluation responsibilities of new personnel

Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients / families

Requirements : Education :

Nationally accredited nursing graduate program

Experience :

1 year directly related experience

Credentials :

CPR for Healthcare / BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days

RN in New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement

Working Conditions :

Sig Hazard : Chemicals, Bio Hazardous Materials require PPE
