Job Description : Purpose & Scope :

The Health System Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating VHC Health projects whether operational, technical or infrastructure related. The Project Manager will manage complex projects, which will vary in size and scope, to enhance the growth of VHC Health. The Project Manager will be required to track, maintain and report on multiple projects and facilitate coordination across multiple VHC Health departments to ensure successful completion of the projects and their goals. The Project Manager will work with VHC Health leadership on organizational process improvement pertaining to the efficiency and effectiveness of managing projects for VHC Health. This position requires knowledge and utilization of project management, project management tools and methodologies, process reengineering, clinical operations and group facilitation. This position does not have supervisory or on call responsibilities.

Education :

Bachelors degree in a related field is required.

Experience :

Two years of experience in healthcare operation is required.

Two years of project management experience is preferred.

Certification / Licensure :

PMP is preferred.
