Job descriptionProvide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care. Manage and service Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts with the opportunity to learn and transition between the two. Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate client records and process transactions. Communicate effectively with clients carriers and team members to resolve inquiries and provide solutions. Work independently and efficiently in a small team environment contributing to the agencys mission of personalized community-focused service. Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Technical Skills : Familiarity with TAM software is preferred; willingness to learn Epic software is required. Soft Skills : Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A team player who thrives in a small collaborative environment.

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a small community-oriented agency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive and personalized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $45000 - $72000 (depending on experience) commission & bonus opportunities
