Position Overview : This position provides support to various departments and managers to ensure that JR & Co., Inc. operates timely and efficiently with an emphasis on job set-up, subcontractor audit and upkeep. The Client Relations Specialist maintains a warm, welcoming, family friendly environment by showing hospitality to team members, guests, and clients.
Essential Job Functions :
Complete front desk duties (greet visitors, answer phone, distribute faxes, schedule meetings)Enter phone leads in PipedriveAssist with ordering and distributing company apparelShow hospitality (stock and brew coffee, order meals for meetings, etc.)Clean and tidy conference and break rooms before / after meetings and end of dayAssist with company care and morale program (birthdays, births, surgeries, deaths, etc.)Assist with coordination and facilitation of company eventsPull reports and analytics from CRM and other softwareAssist Sales team as neededAssist with social media managementCreate and enter work ordersSupportive Functions :
Create closeout packetsRun errands as needed (ie. pick up checks, permits, supplies, etc.)Required Technical and Behavioral Skills / Abilities :
