  • Job Title : Client Relations Specialist

    Start Date : Immediately

    Salary Range : $18-$24 / hourly

    Position Overview : This position provides support to various departments and managers to ensure that JR & Co., Inc. operates timely and efficiently with an emphasis on job set-up, subcontractor audit and upkeep. The Client Relations Specialist maintains a warm, welcoming, family friendly environment by showing hospitality to team members, guests, and clients.

    Essential Job Functions :

  • Complete front desk duties (greet visitors, answer phone, distribute faxes, schedule meetings)
  • Enter phone leads in Pipedrive
  • Assist with ordering and distributing company apparel
  • Show hospitality (stock and brew coffee, order meals for meetings, etc.)
  • Clean and tidy conference and break rooms before / after meetings and end of day
  • Assist with company care and morale program (birthdays, births, surgeries, deaths, etc.)
  • Assist with coordination and facilitation of company events
  • Pull reports and analytics from CRM and other software
  • Assist Sales team as needed
  • Assist with social media management
  • Create and enter work orders
  • Supportive Functions :

  • Create closeout packets
  • Run errands as needed (ie. pick up checks, permits, supplies, etc.)
  • Required Technical and Behavioral Skills / Abilities :

  • Flexible, Able to adapt to changing needs of JR & Co.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 60 words a minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Demonstrate respect to everyone

  • Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work-related experience
  • 1-2 years of experience as administrative assistant (preferred)
  • Experienced at managing a multi-line phone system
  • Work Environment / Physical Requirements :

  • Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
  • Primarily indoors, shared office environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs - occasionally
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, working at a computer - daily
  • Use of hands for typing, utilizing office equipment, and cleaning tasks - daily
  • Vision - ability to see computer screens and fine print on paperwork - daily
  • Ability to move about, walking, standing, bending - daily
  • Speech - use of voice to communicate both in-person and on the phone - daily
  • Work Location : In person

    Ability to Relocate :

  • Kansas City, MO 64108 : Relocate before starting work (Required)
