Job description

Security Projects & Process Coordinator Hybrid

Will be expected to work onsite in Charlotte, NC three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Job :

As a Security Projects & Process Coordinator, you'll be part of our Corporate team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to :

  • Manage all 3rd party vendor billing and ensuring the timely processing and payment of invoices, to align with applicable contracts.
  • Manage team member's schedule.
  • Produce and manage all team policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and track the progress of all team initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate and manage travel of senior security team members as needed.
  • Coordinate annual training.
  • Schedule and facilitate recurring monthly meetings.
  • Coordination and management of the security functions.
  • Maintain quarterly and annual team metrics.
  • Other assignments / tasks as needed.

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, and strong attention to detail skills required.
  • Billing experience required
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or be able to acquire.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with specific attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check & drug screen
