Printing Operators Needed (Gluer / Sheeter / Die Cutter)

Accentuate Staffing is working with a leading packaging solutions provider that is seeking Printing Operators (Gluer / Sheeter / Die Cutter) to join their production team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality output for customer orders by operating specialized finishing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with converting, cutting, and finishing processes in a manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including sheeters, die cutters, and folder / gluers, to meet production requirements.
• Review job specifications and ensure proper setup, approvals, and quality checks throughout the process.
• Monitor in-process work for accuracy and quality; troubleshoot and resolve equipment or material issues as needed.
• Communicate job status, production data, and improvement ideas to management and team members.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
