Position Overview :

Jos Posting-BN Management is seeking experienced GeneralManagers for our limited-service hotels. Candidates must have prior experiencewith Hilton Marriott and Choice Hotels to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel ensuring highstandards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff including recruitment training andperformance evaluations.
• Develop and implement operational policies andprocedures.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting andforecasting.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and localregulations.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximizerevenue.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamworkamong staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensurecleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
