Telecom Configuration Technician

A company is looking for a Telecom Configuration Technician (Entry Level) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare customer-premises equipment (CPE) using predefined templates and Standard Operating Procedures

Perform basic activation procedures, including configuration application and verification of reachability

Document results and update tickets, inventory fields, and handoff notes clearly in English

Required Qualifications

Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, VLAN tagging, and static routes

Ability to follow checklists and Standard Operating Procedures carefully

Solid written English skills for clear documentation

Familiarity with terminal and console tools (e.g., PuTTY, Serial, SSH)

Effective time management skills to meet task deadlines during part-time business hours
