What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in and around the premises of financial institutions.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management and site personnel to support a secure environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner following all Allied Universal and client protocols.

Remain alert and attentive during assigned shifts, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
