Unclaimed Property Associate, State & Local Tax Consulting
Join Crowe as an Unclaimed Property Associate to support a wide range of State and Local Tax Consulting (SALTC) engagements across multiple service lines, gaining exposure to diverse and complex technical matters.
Job Responsibilities
Support SALTC engagements across multiple service lines.
Deliver high-quality client service and proactive engagement.
Participate in practice development initiatives.
Build internal and external relationships and represent Crowe within community and industry networks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
2–4 years of tax experience in public accounting with a state and local tax focus.
Must be qualified to sit for the CPA or possess a CPA, JD, or CAPM.
Unclaimed property compliance experience required.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Willingness to work overtime during busy season and as required.
Compensation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $51,000.00 – $108,500.00 per year.
