Senior UI / UX Designer (all genders)

The Role

As a Senior UI / UX Designer at Lucanet, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of one of our product lines. Working closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and fellow UI / UX Designers, you’ll turn customer needs and team input into functional, aesthetically pleasing features. You will also collaborate closely with the Front-End team to help evolve Lucanet's current design system.

What you'll do

Design Functional Features : Create features that address our customers' needs while ensuring functionality and visual appeal.

Collaborate Effectively :  Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other UI / UX Designers to transform customer insights and team feedback into compelling features.

Enhance Design Systems : Partner with the Front-End team to grow and refine Lucanet’s current design system.

Support and Strategize :  Assist the Product Design Lead in establishing processes, forming hypotheses, and integrating product lines into the Lucanet ecosystem.

Customer-Centric Development :  Identify and visualize customer needs and translate them into exceptional user experiences and interfaces.

Innovation and Integration : Support process improvement and enhance the positive impact of Product Design at Lucanet.

What you bring to the table

Design System Expertise :  Proven experience in building or managing a Design System.

Stakeholder Management : Skilled in collecting customer input and making it available to stakeholders.

Leadership and Initiative : Ability to drive projects from conception to completion by leveraging team collaboration.

Problem Solving :  Proficient in defining and prioritizing problems.

Documentation : Strong capability in documenting design processes and solutions.
