A well-established and fast-growing South Florida-based general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a ground-up, single-story concrete frame commercial project near Kendall, FL. This is a high-visibility role with a company known for its hands-on leadership, collaborative culture, and track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Report directly to senior leadership
