Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Perform monthly durability tests on coating samples from CG production plants
  • Test products used in manufacturing for coating compatibility
  • Collect, cut, and process samples from CG production plants
  • Perform durability on potential new coating products developed on the R&D coaters
  • Provide support for other research projects
  • Assist in troubleshooting coating defects
  • Conduct weekly verification of the R&D quality instruments
  • Maintain and update LoE coating standards
  • Assist with acquiring, measuring, documenting, and shipping standards for the production plant’s quality instruments
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Desire to learn new skills and take on additional tasks
  • Willingness to ask questions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectively when working with R&D members, Cardinal employees from other plants, customers, and outside vendors.
