Job description
A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney to join their legal team and support global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts
Provide legal guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and risks to business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with company goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience focused on contract law and transactional work
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
