Schedule 12-hour weekend night shifts with holidays as scheduled. Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Job Description Join our high-impact, fast-paced nursing unit specializing in trauma and general surgery. As a part of our team, you will work collaboratively with care management, surgical and medical services, rehabilitation services, and perioperative services. Responsibilities Provide care for a variety of patient conditions including multi-trauma, TBI, fractures, and general surgical cases. Administer complex wound care, manage drains and devices, and support respiratory needs for patients with traumatic injuries. Maintain patient safety and provide critical care in both step-down and floor environments, ensuring adherence to care protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Current BLS certification is required.
