Lead Toddler Teacher - Montessori

Overview : A Little Journey Montessori School is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time position with 38 - 40 hours per week that supports children ages 18 months to 3 years old in a high-quality Montessori environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead (co-lead) the toddler classroom using Montessori principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly, engaging learning environment.
• Observe and document child development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Support classroom assistants and collaborate with school leadership.
• Ensure safety, supervision, and adherence to licensing and school policies.

Qualifications :

Schedule : Would vary Monday through Friday within the hours of 7 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm.
