Description
Summary : A proficient Nurse in the Emergency and various clinical environments who practices independently and has a keen awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. This role is vital in delivering both routine and complex care aligned with patient treatment plans while adapting to the dynamic challenges of clinical nursing. The Nurse will effectively delegate responsibilities to optimize patient care.

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, monitoring patient responses and effectiveness.
- Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.

Education / Skills : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.Experience : At least 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department and an additional specialty area (e.g., Medsurg, Telemetry, IMC, or Critical Care) is required; 5 years of experience is preferred.Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications : BLS and ACLS certification is required. TNCC is required and PALS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire. An active RN license in the state of employment or compact is necessary.Work Schedule : 3 Days - 12 Hours per shift
