Inspiring Talkers is seeking a Clinical SupervisorSpeech-Language Pathologist to supervise a small team (5–10 therapists) while maintaining a reduced caseload (approx 30 direct billable sessions / week). What You’ll Do as the Clinic SupervisorLeadership & Supervision Provide clinical supervision to SLPAs, CFs Support onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship for therapy team Help maintain a positive, collaborative, fun clinic culture Serve as the go-to resource for clinical questions, problem-solving, and therapist support for therapy team Clinical Responsibilities Maintain a reduced caseload of ~30 direct therapy sessions per week (approx 15 hours direct) Complete evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation Collaborate with an incredible multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs Participate in team meetings, parent communication, and care coordination Collaboration & Quality Support consistent therapy standards across the clinic Contribute to efficiency, scheduling flow, and team communication Help identify opportunities for growth within the clinic Why Join Inspiring Talkers?
