A leading global investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its Technology & Semiconductors Investment Banking team in San Francisco. The group advises clients across the semiconductor and broader technology ecosystem on strategic M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and financing transactions. Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day execution of complex M&A, financing, and advisory transactions within the semiconductor and technology sectors.
• Oversee and mentor junior professionals, ensuring excellence in financial analysis, valuation, and presentation materials.
• Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
• Conduct detailed industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution.
• Collaborate with internal partners across product and coverage teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
