Electrical Superintendent (Treatment Plant)

Job Title : Electrical Superintendent

Location : North Carolina / Virginia

Reports To : Project Manager / Division Manager

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on industrial projects, with a strong emphasis on wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction . A minimum of 7 years of experience building WWTPs is required. The role involves supervising field crews, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, labor needs, and material procurement.
• Supervise electrical foremen and craft workers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and timesheets.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure all work meets project specifications and NEC standards.
