Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Johnson City, NY

PHYSICAL THERAPIST HOME HEALTH Will take locals - local rate will apply (less than 50 miles) 8 hour days 40 hours a week Overview : Ensures Physical Therapy services are administered and completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as well as associated clinical documentation. Maintains specific service delivery standards which address commitment to service, customer satisfaction, ongoing evaluation of customer expectations, integration with quality process, communication and interaction standards, turn-around time and information processing standards, corporate compliance requirements, and physical amenities / environment of care. Education / Experience Minimum Required : Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, receiving applicable degree in physical therapy study with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree or equivalent. Certified home health experience along with OASIS experience Previous experience in an approved medical facility. Preferred : Master’s or Doctorate Degree with previous physical therapy experience in a hospital based setting. License / Certification : Possession of a current license or eligibility to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York. CPR certification
