Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst II to join our team, focusing on analyzing and evaluating business systems to improve overall strategies and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical prowess, technical fluency in popular management software, and a collaborative spirit to drive projects forward. This role promises diverse challenges, opportunities to lead, and a wide scope for demonstrating creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage product backlogs and customer tickets, and build insightful dashboards.

Optimize and create workflows on Monday.com to enhance business operations.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Technical Project Managers (TPMs) for effective forecast planning.

Assist in setting up and managing content on a wiki platform for better knowledge management.

Contribute to the overall enhancement of our business processes through keen analysis and strategic implementation.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong experience in business analysis and workflow optimization.

Proficiency in software tools such as Asana, Jira, and Monday.com, with a preference for knowledge of Confluence and wiki platforms.

Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for getting to the root of issues and effectively engaging stakeholders.
