Location : Leesburg VA 20176

Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 30 AM 3 : 00 PM

Duration : 32 Weeks

Pay Rate : $25 $28 per hour

Position Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technician for an exciting job in Leesburg VA.

Responsibilities :

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the supervising BCBA.

Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.

Collect and document accurate data on student behavior and progress.

Reinforce positive behavioral strategies and assist with skill development.

Support students in building academic social and functional skills.

Collaborate effectively with teachers school staff and families to ensure consistent behavioral support.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines.

Participate in required training supervision and team meetings.

Follow school policies safety protocols and program procedures.

Qualifications :

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .

Previous experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred.

Strong communication observation and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
