Starting pay rate - $19.40

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must have or be able to obtain an Educational Aide Permit through the Ohio Department of Education
• Displays flexibility, reliability, self-discipline and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
• Ability to work empathetically with at-risk students.
• Understanding of confidentiality of information about students and all school matters.
• Embodies high ethical standards / integrity. Accepts responsibility for personal decisions / conduct.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) or similar specialized training(s) may be required.
• Physical Demands : Duties may require providing physical assistance to students
