Truck Driver / Laborer - DPW - Full-time

Immediate openings for Truck Driver / Laborer (Grade 13) within the Public Works Department. This is an opportunity to enter the municipal sector.

Duties will include maintaining a safe workplace, operating construction equipment, snow and ice removal, landscaping / construction, vehicle / ground building maintenance, paving, storm water / drainage, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must be able to understand and follow oral and written directives.

A successful applicant must be at least 18 years of age, have a NH Class B CDL (REQUIRED) - Class A CDL is preferred, have a High School diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience within the area of winter / summer municipal road maintenance; OR possess any combination of education and experience which demonstrates the required knowledge, skill, and ability. Pay is competitive and DOE.
