Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform necessary treatments while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions effectively.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription options.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
