Job description18 years of age or older Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn. Preference given to candidates with previous experience in caregiving or similar role. The Springs at Wilsonville offers a great environment for teamwork. The Springs at Wilsonville is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents. If you want to work in a fun, rewarding environment, look no further and come join our team!
Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents include :
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, dressing, transfers, and meal deliveries in Memory Care and Assisted Living
- Providing warmth, companionship and patience to support residents' health and wellness
- Working collaboratively together with team members from other departments such at food services and maintenance to ensure the best quality experience for our residents
Pay : Starting at $16 / hr+ (Wage based on experience) - automatic +$1 / hr differential for overnight hours worked between 10pm and 6am!
