Location : Colorado City, TX

What this job involves : As part of our Facilities Management team, this position is responsible for leading security operations, managing security technology systems, and ensuring all security protocols are followed and documented in support of all on-site operations. This role requires technical expertise in security system programming and configuration, along with team leadership capabilities.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

Technical & System Management :

• Programming and configuring security control systems, including adding new cameras and badge readers
• Installing, testing, and maintaining CCTV systems and access control equipment
• Monitoring and managing badge access systems, including user provisioning and access level modifications
• Troubleshooting technical issues with security hardware and software systems
• Coordinating with IT and vendors on system upgrades and integrations
