We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • QC Inspection

Visual Inspection

Material and / or machining defects

  • Dimensional inspection

    • Utilizing Micro-Hite, Micrometers, Comparators, Pins, thread gages, etc.

  • CMM Operation
  • First article inspection, In process inspection.
  • Blue-print reading
  • Understanding of GD&T
  • Part marking

    • Setup / Operation utilizing SIC laser marking machine

  • Utilizing SIC laser marking machine
  • Verify work to information listed on associated paperwork.

    • Ensuring all steps and properly filled out on travelers.

  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

    • ​​ Qualifications :

  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • Proficient in blue-print reading
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Geometric tolerances
  • Knowledge of PC-DMIS software preferred.
