Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA . The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. The Operations Manager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, on the assigned shift.

Hiring Salary Range : $100,060k-$126,876k.This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
