Job Purpose and Summary

This position is responsible for driving sales and provides support for Hirsch Solutions Inc.'s apparel decorating equipment, with a primary focus on Tajima embroidery machines. This role involves managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and conducting product demonstrations within an exclusive regional territory. Experience with embroidery is a must .

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and support apparel decorating equipment, particularly Tajima embroidery machines.
  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory.
  • Conduct hands-on product demonstrations for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Attend and represent the company at domestic tradeshows.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Submit weekly sales and travel reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience.
  • Experience with embroidery.
  • Strong sales, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in sales negotiations and closing deals.
  • Ability to manage and expand client relationships.
  • Proficient in conducting product demonstrations.
  • Self-motivated and confident in achieving sales goals.
  • Salesforce proficiency and CRM compliance required.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in the apparel decorating or embroidery equipment industry.

    Prior experience with embroidery machines
