Located in the Denver Headquarter building, the Regional Facilities Manager will be the face of Western Union’s corporate offices in North America. This role will range from day-to-day assistance with office tasks & maintenance, to spearheading the opening of new offices in the region, ultimately providing a positive workplace experience for employees.
The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, organized, and an independent problem-solver. They demonstrate end-to-end task execution skills with acute attention to detail, proactivity & curiosity, and commitment to improving every day. The Regional Facilities Manager is versatile and approachable, able to interact with Executive Leaders and maintenance technicians in the same afternoon. They take pride in their work and own the role fully.
Role Responsibilities
Manage facility operations of North America sites by addressing work order queue (40+ per month), ad-hoc requests, daily amenities upkeep and scheduling ongoing maintenance for the office.
Manage all facility vendors in compliance with Company sourcing / procurement / security policies, including budget / invoice tracking, contract administration, onboarding & access, and coordinating change management when services turnover.
Manage and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of staff including janitorial, maintenance, mailroom, refreshments, security.
Perform regular rounds of home facility to assess conditions of space and develop plans to address appropriately.
Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders in each building, including Executives, Admins, Property Management, etc.
Own Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures for each office by attending relevant trainings, maintaining current records, and keeping Site Leaders updated on local changes.
Coordinate space utilization, planning & move management efforts.
Support PMO during construction initiatives and serves as the primary internal point of contact between PMO and General Contractors.
Manage vendor budget of 1.5M annually; exercise financial organization, including capital, expense & asset tracking and contributing to revenue / savings opportunities.

Role Requirements
Requires a minimum of five years’ experience in real estate or property management fields.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Occasional travel will be required.
Salary
The base salary range is $100,000-$120,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
