We are currently hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in either Yukon or Mid-Del (Midwest City), Oklahoma. The exact location is flexible depending on the candidate's preference. Our Yukon and Mid-Del clinics are part of 360 Physical Therapy, a brand of Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN). We specialize in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and offer a hands-on, patient-centered care model. Our clinics are well-equipped, staffed with experienced support teams, and led by clinicians who are passionate about mentorship and education.
Job Responsibilities :
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver evidence-based care in a compassionate, supportive mannerDocument evaluations, treatments, re-assessments, and discharge notesCollaborate with other therapists and support staff to ensure quality careEducate patients and family members on diagnosis, treatment plan, and home exercise programsContribute to clinic success through participation in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing educationQualifications :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalentCurrent Oklahoma state licensure (or eligibility)New graduates welcome and encouraged to applyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for continued growth, collaboration, and clinical excellence#INDPT
