What you'll do

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer who is eager to contribute to a small, fast-paced team! Our ideal candidate will have a background in Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity frameworks, as well as IT infrastructure experience including route and switch, firewall, server provisioning, virtualization, and container architecture. In this role you'll support both government and commercial projects helping to secure products and systems around the globe.

The day-to-day

This is a multidisciplinary role which provides great opportunities to learn and grow. In this role you will be the SME helping to guide multiple product and project teams to secure solutions that meet individual customer security requirements. This includes working with teams to interpret and apply security requirements while considering both technical and business impact. You will have the opportunity to work directly with teams and guide how they provision network and server architecture, often being hands-on with design, configuration, scanning, and remediation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and / or implement secure architectures for ground networks
• Create documentation to track vulnerabilities and remediations, populate security packages, and present program security status
• Provide technical and policy guidance that will enable successful security accreditation efforts

Salary range

$107,500.00 - $170,500.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $127,500.00- $191,500.00 / annually
