The Nurse QA Hospice-OASIS Certified!! at University Home Care will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in hospice care and maintaining OASIS certification.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular quality assessments of hospice care processes
• Maintain OASIS certification standards
• Provide guidance and support to staff in maintaining quality standards
• Keep detailed records of assessments and interventions
