Overview :

Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice Primary Care Physician dedicated to delivering exceptional care to complex patients. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers. You'll benefit from cutting-edge technology, including a comprehensive EMR and a unique decision support tool, ensuring actionable and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide evidence-based primary care, emphasizing senior patient care.
• Conduct annual wellness assessments.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers for holistic patient care.
• Engage in and occasionally lead interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest in patient care technology and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient data privacy.

Qualifications :

BC / BE in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

California Medical License and DEA license required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with advanced medical technology and practices.
