The Gatehouse Attendant / EMT is responsible for ensuring all residents and visitors are greeted and welcomed in a warm, inviting fashion. They are also responsible for verifying and documenting the scheduled presence of all third-party contractors, visitors, vendors, and guests entering the property and ensuring they know where to go and who to ask for.

Salary Up to $23 / hr.

Essential Job Duties :

• Ensure all interactions with those entering and leaving the premises are done embracing our hospitality promises.
• Delivering exceptional service to all entering and leaving the premises and ensuring that their visit / stay exceeded expectations.
