Job description

A leading non-profit organization in Santa Monica is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to assist in daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates should have retail experience and be capable of leading a team in a dynamic environment. This role includes coaching staff and resolving customer issues, all while contributing to the mission of 'Doing The Most Good'. Flexible scheduling is required.
