About the Role

The Senior Global Supply Manager (IT Software) leads the full commercial lifecycle of IT software sourcing, including new business awards, renewals, negotiations, and supplier strategy. You will manage critical software licensing agreements, conduct spend analysis, and drive alignment between suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role is highly strategic, requiring strong procurement expertise and the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven contract recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of software sourcing, renewals, and new business awards
• Present contract award recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead negotiations for software licensing costs, terms, and agreements
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and software suppliers
• Conduct spend analysis and assess software supplier performance
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic suppliers
• Ensure suppliers meet cost, quality, compliance, and timeline objectives
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes within the Indirect Procurement function
• Support IT, Finance, Legal, and business teams with procurement insights and contract alignment
