As the new KDP Associate Manager of Omnichannel Marketing for Target and Amazon, you will be responsible for leading the Omnichannel & eCommerce discipline for KDP within the Target and Amazon customer team. And as part of the KDP Connected Media team, you will help strategically plan and activate the Target and Amazon portion of our Integrated Brand Campaigns, with day‑to‑day focus on KDP’s US Refreshment Beverage (USRB) categories & brands.
The ideal candidate is data‑oriented, analytically driven, and excels in strategic storytelling with a growth mindset. Someone who is ready and willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems, celebrate success, and share learnings with cross‑functional partners along the journey.
You will achieve your objectives by deeply understanding key performance metrics and strategic thinking to create joint business plans that influence key stakeholders and drive conversion to KDP products online, in‑app, and in‑store.
Strategic Marketing Expectations
Think : Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and program performance data, to create a comprehensive commerce strategy designed to drive conversion at Target and Amazon.
Collaborate : Develop collaborative partnerships with internal teams and retailer Marketing and Merchandising teams.
Do : Expertly build and execute fully comprehensive omni‑marketing programs to exceed key success metrics, staying within budget parameters and working cross‑functionally with your agency partners. Programs will include in‑store elements such as point‑of‑sale materials (signage), product sampling, digital media (onsite, offsite, social), and search.
Share : Proactively share best practices with peers and cross‑functional partners.
Be : The internal and external face of KDP’s Omnichannel team at one of the country’s most critical and fastest growing Omnichannel retailers, Target and Amazon.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Shopper Marketing Expert : Leverage shopper insights, brand objectives, past program results, and customer objectives to develop and execute strategic omnichannel marketing plans for Target and Amazon.
Deep Customer Expertise
Target and Amazon Platform expert at audience creation, analyzing program performance, and unlocking value‑added opportunities to drive conversion of KDP products at Target and Amazon.
Desired Outcome
Create world‑class in‑store marketing activities that drive conversion at Target and Amazon and exceed KPIs across the shopper journey.
eCommerce Responsibilities
Amazon Marketing Cloud Proficiency : Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud and your deep customer knowledge to create winning eCommerce strategies that can be measured, tracked & optimized against key performance metrics.
Digital Shelf Expert : Deploy your deep knowledge of how the Target and Amazon algorithms work to partner with cross‑functional teams to create / execute primary and secondary digital shelf strategies.
Share of Voice Expert : Leverage your digital shelf expertise to continuously optimize product pages to drive visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
Desired Outcome : Drive winning eCommerce growth at Target and Amazon.
