Larta Institute is seeking a Program Analyst to?assist in all aspects of planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling Larta’s suite of commercialization services and programs.? Larta’s client portfolio includes recipients of SBIR / STTR (Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer) awards from various U.S. Federal agencies, companies from the private sector, foundations, and investment firms. These programs are designed to assist innovative entrepreneurs and university researchers with commercialization strategy development through various activities including customized business consulting, intellectual property assessment, market research, pitch deck review, company financials, introduction to key industry stakeholders and potential investors, website design, marketing, and branding. Larta has a strong product base and practice in multiple areas of commercialization strategy development.?

The Program Analyst will work closely with the Manager of Government Programs and serve as a principal point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative, mission-driven role that requires initiative, discipline, and operational agility across Lifesciences, Cleantech and Energy, Agriculture, Marine, Oceans, Atmosphere, Space and Hitech industries.?

What would my day look like?

• Assist and participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Larta’s programs.?
• Timely execution of day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring completion of agreed upon deliverables.?
• Manage effective stakeholder relationships, including responding to emails and other communications, setting up calls, and responding / addressing any questions or concerns.?
• QA / QC of program services / products delivered.?
• Collect, analyze, and report relevant program data and impact metrics as needed.?
• Coordinate program surveys, data analysis, and interpretation of results.??
• Identify company success stories and document case studies.?
• Assist in all programs with company recruitment campaigns.?
• Assist in development of webinars and other presentations.?
• Event Logistics – Assist in planning and execution of any logistical aspects of Larta’s virtual and live events as needed.?
• Additional duties as assigned?

Compensation : This is an exempt, full-time position

Salary range : $67,000 - $70,000
