About the Role :
The Critical Care ICU RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide individualized, high-quality care. You will be responsible for :
Performing medical procedures as ordered and documenting care accurately in the patient’s medical record.Educating patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes for effective self-management.Leading evidence-based practice initiatives aimed at quality improvement and enhanced patient outcomes.Coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic treatment plan focused on recovery.Qualifications :
Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of employment.Associate Degree in Nursing; must be a licensed RN or APRN.Trident Health is a noted HCA Healthcare hospital system dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of nearly 375,000 residents in the Low Country of South Carolina annually.
