Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Finance Manager

This job manages daily finance operations and facilitates collaborative engagement with the business to build strong partnerships and unlock value across Global Markets and the BUs. You will consolidate and oversee PayPal Inc's forecasting, budgeting, month-end close cycles and perform financial / deal modeling, performance measurement, reporting activities, and analysis. You'll ensure a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify key drivers and effectively communicate financial results through concise storytelling. Additionally, you'll streamline, improve, and automate workstreams and processes to drive efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Support planning and forecasting processes
• Review business performance on regular cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and summarize insights
• Produce executive-level presentations
• Work closely with the finance and technical teams to drive process and system improvements
• Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders, manage expectations, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Consult with finance leads to review and discuss key issues, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives
• Document and escalate potential risks / issues, assist in developing mitigation strategies, and support their implementation
