This position is ideal for a proactive, detail oriented and organized individual to support the start-up, maintenance and close out activities of electrical construction projects. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a variety of projects concurrently.

Responsibilities Include :

• Assisting Project Managers to gather, prepare, review and process various project documents- permits, submittals, contracts, budget information, purchase orders, buy-outs, schedules.
• Processing change proposal takeoff and entry, including time and material changes
• Preparing Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeout
• Tracking all project documents, materials and processing the data entry of information for the projects assigned
