Dental Patient Coordinator (Front Office, or Back Office) – Winneconne, WI

Full Time or Part Time | Private Practice

Winneconne Family Dentistry is a small, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing individualized, quality dental care. We are seeking a friendly, thoughtful, and self-motivated Patient Coordinator to join our work family.

In this role, you’ll primarily support the front desk and patient coordination, but we’d love someone who can also assist in the back if needed. This may include bringing patients back, breaking down rooms, and sterilization. If you’re more committed to one area over the other — front desk vs. dental assisting — we are open to that as well.

Schedule

• The office is open Monday - Thursday
• Full time or part time options available

Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments and follow up on missed visits

Answer patient questions regarding billing and insurance coverage

Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed

Process dental bills, claims, and coding

Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues or disputes

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Provide assistance in the back office when needed (bringing patients back, room turnover, sterilization)

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental field

Experience in dental billing and coding

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures

Excellent communication skills with patients, insurance companies, and providers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (training provided if needed)

Compensation & Benefits

$18–$21 per hour
