  • This role :

  • A day and week in the life… Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce including the configuration, user set up, custom workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and tailored to business requirements.
  • Continuously assess CRM system performance and user feedback to implement improvements.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure user adoption and long-term system success.
  • Design and maintain clean, scalable data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation.
  • Establish the best practices for data quality, integrity, and security within the CRM environment.
  • Act as a CRM subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
  • Recommend tools, features, and strategies to maximize the impact of CRM investments and align with long-term business goals.
  • This role :

  • You will be successful in this role if you… Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ideally working with Mid-market accounts.
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience configuring the platform utilizing best practices. (Salesforce certification preferred but not required). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL Have experience establishing and maintaining third party integrations, specifically within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce NPSP preferred Eligible candidates reside in one of these states :

  • DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
  • Compensation $90,000-$110,000 USD Annually  This reflects the base salary range for this position.
  • Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience.
  • The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates.
