Aircraft Detailing Supervisor - Austin, TX

Type - Full Time

Pay - $55,000 annually

Shift - Must have full availability Monday-Friday and open to weekends, expect up to 12 hour shifts.

Location - Austin- Bergstrom International (AUS) as your base location and travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations with the use of a company vehicle

Summary

Immaculate Flight Jacksonville Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, detailing, and presentation for all aircraft under their supervision. This critical, hands-on role requires attention to detail, efficient coordination, and a commitment to excellence in aircraft appearance.

Essential Functions

Aircraft Detailing :

• Execute and oversee all aspects of the aircraft detailing process, including interior cleaning and sanitization, to exterior detailing and polishing.
• Follow detailed cleaning, safety and quality checklists to maintain consistency and thoroughness.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors to identify and address any areas needing additional attention pre and post detailing.
• Monitor efficiency and productivity on every job and report any issues to Operations Manager.
