Job Description :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. The LPN works under the supervision of an RN or physician to ensure high-quality, compassionate, and safe patient care.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide daily nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.
• dminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Record and update patient information accurately in medical charts.
• ssist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, RNs, CNAs, and families.
• Supervise and guide CNAs or other support staff.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies or resident needs.
• Support residents' emotional well-being and maintain a respectful, caring attitude.
