Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Location : Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift Details :

8 and 12-hour shifts

Rotation every third weekend

Holiday rotation included

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Unit Overview :

Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care for complex patient needs including :

Post-operative care for craniotomies, cervical, and spinal surgeries.

Management of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.

High volume of cervical and spinal surgery with medical overflow cases.

Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care tailored to individual needs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and compassionate care.

Engage in continuous learning to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

Registered Nurse license and BLS certification required.

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Typically, 1 year of clinical nursing experience is required.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to perform various physical tasks, including lifting and moving patients.

Exposure to chemicals, hazardous waste, and infectious materials, requiring protective clothing and equipment.
